Information On How We Are Operating With Coronavirus Rules

Following on from the modifications on Coronavirus restrictions (June 2020), we have now been able to re-open our hydrotherapy clinic. Currently we are open on reduced hours and reduced team members but are planning to re-open to normal hours over the next few weeks.

In order to keep our team and you our clients (who we have really missed) safe we have introduced modified practises of working. Firstly, dogs can only be brought to us from clients who are well and not showing any clinical signs of Covid 19 ie high temperature, persistent cough, loss of taste or smell. Also the household of the client must also be fit and well and not showing signs of Covid disease and not under self isolation instructions from the NHS tracer team.

Please call us to book your appointment in the normal way. We may be slower to answer your calls and return you voice messages as we are on reduced hours and reduced staff. But please bear with us as we get back to normal over the next few weeks.

On arrival for your appointment, please stay in your car and do not enter the hydrotherapy building. We will see you arrive and come outside to speak with you and to get your dog to bring into the hydro centre. For the duration of that we must stay at least 2m apart and you must wait in your car whilst your dog has their hydro session. This is really important to protect our team and you. It will also limit our risk of having to close due to NHS test and trace rules.

Please can we say thank you in advance for helping us get back to a new normal. We are looking forward to seeing you all again. We genuinely missed you and your dogs. Please take care and we will see you all soon.

We are accredited by the Canine Hydrotherapy Associated, an organisation recognising that we meet the highest standards of treatment and care
